One of the things that greatly helps us in improving our products and services is your repeated purchases. It motivates us like nothing else, because it’s the main recognition that we’re doing someting valuable for you. That’s why we appreciate when you register your additional licenses in your support portal profile, so we can see that you have multiple of them.

Probably, you already know that we often try to provide support far beyond the usual support scope, and in some disputable situations number of your registered licenses may be the decisive factor for that. (At the same time, of course, it doesn’t mean that we’re going to reduce the quality of service for the other customers).

Very soon we’ll bind automatic updates of themes and bundled plugins to a certain domain names.
As you know, each product license covers one production second-level domain name. You’ll be able to use one license for multiple subdomains within the same second-level domain (for example if you’re using different WordPress installations for different site languages). And for all not-registered licenses manual updates will still be available as well.

Here are the terms:
- To take part in the raffle you need to register an Additional License in your UpSolution Support Portal profile between May 01, 2015 00:00:00 (GMT +0000) and June 30, 2015 23:59:59 (GMT +0000). You may purchase a new license and register it or register the existing license that is not present at the support portal.
- To be considered as Additional License, it should be connected with Astra, Corsa, Grata, Impreza or Zephyr, and you should already have at least one other previously registered license of our active (currently selling) theme. So if you have one registered license, you may purchase and register other theme’s license, and it will be considered as Additional License.
- You may use only the licenses that you’ve purchased yourself. You cannot use the licenses that are already registered at our support forum. And you cannot register multiple Support Portal accounts for a single Envato account.
- Each registered Additional License gives you an additional chance to win a prize. You can win multiple prizes, but each license can win only once.
- At July 01, 2015 we’ll determine the winners: we’ll enter all the Additional Licenses, registered within the date range mentioned above, to random.org to determine the 5 lucky winners.
- We’ll publish the list of winners at the bottom of this page, and we’ll contact each winner via email to send the prize(s).
- You should have the proper email address in your profile so you could receive the prize(s).
